2. Exposed Content
   a. User-generated Content: The YodaSec Expose App provides a platform for users to anonymously submit information exposing corruption worldwide. You understand and acknowledge that we do not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or legality of such user-generated content.
   b. Content Moderation: We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, modify, or delete any content submitted through the App that violates these Terms and Conditions.
   c. Rights to Exposed Content: By submitting content through the YodaSec Expose App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the content. You acknowledge that the exposed content may be shared with relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.
3. Intellectual Property
   a. Ownership: The YodaSec Expose App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by YodaSec Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the App.
   b. Trademarks: The YodaSec Expose App name, logo, and any associated trademarks or service marks are the property of YodaSec Inc. You are not permitted to use these trademarks without our prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
   a. Disclaimer: The YodaSec Expose App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the App’s availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or usefulness for any particular purpose.
   b. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold YodaSec Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the YodaSec Expose App or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
   c. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall YodaSec Inc. or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
